This product was developed in collabaration with Wendys Broadcast to overcome the audio problem when externally powering a Hero3 camera. The item is not supplied with connecter unless specified
IMPORTANT
If you intend to use the dummy battery in the waterproof housing, you will need to drill a hole in the back door and terminate the cable yourself. The unit should not be submerged in water thereafter. You can buy a replacement backdoor if you wish to return the Hero3 or 3+ to its orignal fully waterproof state.
If you intend to use The Cage, and require a connector, please call and let us know your requirements. There will be an additional cost depending on the connector fitted.
The battery door needs to be slightly modified to allow the cable to exit the bay. This is a simple DIY job but care should be taken.
