CORE 4071 Miniature Microphone (White)

Now with DPA CORE mics it has made these solutions perform even better. 

DPA d:screet™ CORE 4071 Omni Lavalier Microphone is acoustically identical to the d:screet™ 4060 Mini Omni Mic, but features a presence boost of typically 5 dB at 4 to 6 kHz. This microphone will be able to handle sound pressure levels (SPLs) of up to 144 dB before clipping occurs.

This presence boost is an essential for a chest-placed microphones due to the frequency range of words spoken being dampened in this position. The d:screet™ CORE 4071 maximises speech intelligibility. The mic also has an acoustic low-cut at 100 Hz to remove any unwelcome rumble noise.

Given that the mic is optimised for speech, the d:screet™ CORE 4071 is appropriate for news crews, in-studio reporters and when the mics are needing to be concealed under clothing.
