The NP-50 is a unique new Lithium-Ion NP1 Battery. It measures approximately half the height of an industry standard NP1 battery, providing sound recordists with a lightweight, space-saving solution.
Producing 50 Watts of output, this stubby battery is a great alternative to using our regular sized SNP-29 Ni-Cad battery. The SNP-29 will provide 29Watts of output, so as well as the weight and space saving, the NP-50 will also give the user 40% more power.
With identical width and depth dimensions,the NP-50 provides the same compatibility as our NP-65/70/98 batteries. It can be used with both the Hawk-Woods range of NP1 chargers; the MR2 / MR4 & SL-1, plus our extensive range of NP1 power adaptors.
